Buying a home is usually the largest single financial

As a buyer's agent, I am happy to offer representation in

Assess Buyer's wants, needs, motivations and criteria;

Provide assistance in obtaining the proper financing, the first step
towards homeownership. I work with a number of local lenders who can help you
obtain the best possible financing for your situation. These lenders will help
you pre-qualify, and help you understand the financing options available to you
and/or your family;

Provide you with full access to all real estate listings in the Multiple
Listing Service (MLS), as well as aggressively pursuing FSBO
(For-Sale-By-Owner) real estate when it fits a home buyer's needs;

Locate suitable properties for the Buyer in accordance with Buyer's
criteria and view selected property or properties with them;

Assist Buyer in evaluating a property or properties in order to select the
property most desirable;

Assist in establishing and negotiating contract price, terms and
conditions;

Present offer and further negotiate counter-offers, if any;

Assist in obtaining financing;

Disclose adverse material facts concerning the physical condition of the
property that is known;

Assist in removing contract contingencies;

Attend property inspections as requested by the Buyer;

Assist Buyer in obtaining copies of the deed, tax bill, tax card,
condominium documents, home plan and specifications for new construction and
other available records or documents requested by Buyer;

Attend additional walk through(s) of the property prior to closing;

Assist Buyer in preparation for closing and be present to assist with that
closing.
