Buying a home is usually the largest single financial transaction made in a person's life! You owe it to yourself to employ the expertise of an experienced and successful buyer's agent. Finding a home is only a portion of what I am dedicated to doing for my buyers, it's not just my job, but my duty to represent each of my home buyers in all phases of the transaction, from hello to close. As a buyer's agent, I am happy to offer representation in all phases of the real estate transaction, beginning with selecting suitable properties, evaluating those properties, negotiating the best possible price and terms, and coordinating all the necessary aspects to a successful settlement.   1. Assess Buyer's wants, needs, motivations and criteria;

  2. Provide assistance in obtaining the proper financing, the first step towards homeownership. I work with a number of local lenders who can help you obtain the best possible financing for your situation. These lenders will help you pre-qualify, and help you understand the financing options available to you and/or your family;

  3. Provide you with full access to all real estate listings in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), as well as aggressively pursuing FSBO (For-Sale-By-Owner) real estate when it fits a home buyer's needs;

  4. Locate suitable properties for the Buyer in accordance with Buyer's criteria and view selected property or properties with them;

  5. Assist Buyer in evaluating a property or properties in order to select the property most desirable;

  6. Assist in establishing and negotiating contract price, terms and conditions;

  7. Present offer and further negotiate counter-offers, if any;

  8. Assist in obtaining financing;

  9. Disclose adverse material facts concerning the physical condition of the property that is known;

  10. Assist in removing contract contingencies;

  11. Attend property inspections as requested by the Buyer;

  12. Assist Buyer in obtaining copies of the deed, tax bill, tax card, condominium documents, home plan and specifications for new construction and other available records or documents requested by Buyer;

  13. Attend additional walk through(s) of the property prior to closing;

  14. Assist Buyer in preparation for closing and be present to assist with that closing.
